There is 1 primary schedule that is provided with Base Kit of Core de Force. When you include the Deluxe workouts, this will give you another 30 days and 3 additional workouts to mix in. There is also a hybrid Core de Force workout calendar where you can mix in other Beachbody programs over the course of 30 days. I have included the supplemental calendar as well!

You will workout 6 days a week for 30 days.  One day a week will focus on active recovery and stretching (the day of your choosing). This will essentially be your rest day.  So for 6 days a week, you’ll do a mixture of MMA workouts, Body resistance and ab workouts. On the 6th day, rest and stretch it out!

The base kit contains 10 different workouts and you’ll complete 30 days of the following workout schedule during your first round of the program.  If you’re searching for the Core De Force Schedule, go here!

Phase 1 is an optional 2 week phase and is a preparatory phase for anyone who has not done Body Beast in the recent past, or anyone who is not familiar with Core De Force. I always advise people to complete full rounds of both programs first but inevitably some will want to jump right into a hybrid thinking they will achieve accelerated results. If this sounds like you, then you must start the schedule with Phase 1.

The Body Beast Core De Force Hybrid schedule lends itself to several options for duration, so you can choose which phases to do based on your needs.
