Core De Force is a great cardio and body weight program that honestly left me gasping for air like most Insanity workouts. With that, this review would like to recommend a new program that was recently released on the market. Called Core de Fore Body Workout, this system is developed by some of the best fitness professionals in the health industry.
Whether you enjoy MMA or you’re totally new to the sport, Core De Force is a Beachbody workout program that you can perform at home with no equipment. I am so excited to be reviewing Beachbody’s newest workout program Core de Force being released in early December, just before the holidays! This latest exercise program is by new fitness trainers Joel and Jericho who are nothing short of FIERCE.
Within each “round,” you will perform at least one MMA movement, one bodyweight movement, and one cardio movement. In each round, there is a countdown timer that will give you can use to understand when the next movement will come, or when the round will be over.
The deluxe calendar has THREE new workouts – Agility Strength, Agility Power, and MMA Kick Butt. I was pleasantly surprised that we were to use the agility ladder from Insanity Asylum with the Core De Force Agility Strength workout today. While my cardiovascular endurance and stamina have increased, this workout was extremely challenging for me.
In this case, Core de Force was developed by Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews. These professionals are members of the Beachbody workout system and they work to develop some of the best and latest workout regimens for people who are looking to lose weight easily, effectively, and by implementing a targeted approach.
Each move, whether it’s a jab, a kick, or an uppercut, works your core from every angle—what Joel and Jericho call 360-Degree Core Training. The workouts are broken into 3-minute “rounds.” Just hit it hard for 3 minutes at a time and before you know it—you’re done!
