Core De Force Results

The Core de Force workout program consists of ten different workouts that fall into three sub-categories: MMA workouts, Bodyweight Training, and Relief and Recovery. One key difference between Core de Force vs P90X (or Core de Force vs P90X3) is that you mimic MMA rounds by performing moves and sequences that last for three minutes.

There were NINE, 3-minute rounds and the workout was 37 minutes long. Each round consisted of 1-minute of MMA inspired moves through the ladder followed by a 30-second spike in the plank position. Then, we repeated the 1-minute MMA inspired moves through the ladder and the 30-second spike.
