Core De Force Meal Plan is going down today.  Failing to plan is like planning to fail.  When I first heard that phrase I thought it was crazy.  Like seriously…. who plans out there food every week?  I don’t have time for that and seriously, who actually eats what they plan out?  That was my thinking 5 years ago, and I quickly realized after failing over and over at my nutrition that there was truth to meal planning and that I needed to embrace it.

On Week 2, you will be introduced to MMA Power and Core Kinetics.  Twice during the week, you will do two workouts a day combining an extra ab-focused workout to target your core even more. Make sure to commit to every workout and don’t skip the second workout on the days you need to workout twice.  If you can’t do both workouts in the morning, do one in the morning and one in the evening.

We are at it again but this time it’s with the fantastic and dynamic duo of Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews!!!  You may recognize them from our previous engagement with Les Mills (they were trainers in Pump and Combat).

Well, they decided to continue their fitness training career with Beachbody and will be releasing a brand new Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) infused strength training workout at the end of October!  We are so excited to bring this workout to our fitness community and share our love for this style program with everyone.

During Week 3, you’ll do the most difficult workout of the series (MMA Plyo) and also will start the 5 Min Core on the Floor workout video.  You’ll do two workouts a day each day of the week except for the day you do MMA Plyo. Adjust according to your needs!  Some people like to workout on an empty stomach, but I always prefer to have my coffee first and a small piece of fruit.  I perform much better after getting my caffeine in and filling my tummy a bit!
