Core De Force is an MMA based workout program that uses only body weight (i.e. no weights, no equipment) to sculpt and shred your body! There are modifiers for any moves that involve jumping or impact.
The Core de Force program was nice because I didn’t have to use any weights or anything but my own body which is always a bonus. I also found this Intro Video to be really helpful, I attached it at the bottom of this blog post.
Men or women who want to do something fun but break a sweat doing it! I’ve seen coach graduates of other challenging programs like 21 Day Fix Extreme, Insanity Max:30, P90Xs, etc. all say this is completely different but just as intense and invigorating. If you love MMA inspired workouts, this is the program for you!
Plus you don’t have to go to a gym! It will allow you to get a SOLID workout in without leaving the comfort of your home or taking a ton of time away from other priorities in your life too like family! Plus, you will have a ton of FUN!
The daily workouts were not too long to do where I didn’t have enough time to do them like P90X where they were super long. I have truly enjoyed learning some MMA moves which was really cool as well as losing lots of weight while doing it. Overall, doing Core de Force for the last few months I have lost a total of 48lbs and still going! Now my focus is getting my body fat percentage down and increasing in muscle which I can do with Core De Force no problem!
Power Sculpt A total-body burner that uses explosive power and interval training to help sculpt lean muscle and build next-level endurance. Dynamic Strength Low on impact, but high on intensity, this no-equipment, bodyweight throwdown helps carve impressive definition. Active Recovery Recharge for the week ahead with this rest day workout that focuses on form and technique to fight muscle stiffness and soreness.
Joel Freeman is the other co-creator of Core de Force and is also new to Beachbody. He’s held Elite Personal Trainer certifications from the AFAA and the ACE. He owns and operates a gym in Olympia, Washington. He’s also a Certified Fitness Instructor who has traveled the world “helping people fall in love with fitness and reach their highest potential – all while having a blast.”
A challenger reached out looking for a hybrid plan to incorporate Beachbody’s newest program, Core De Force, along with Piyo and some yoga as she’s working through an injury.
Who is CORE DE FORCE for? It’s for anyone who wants to tighten up their midsection, carve a stronger core, and sculpt total-body definition. CORE DE FORCE is great for intermediate or advanced exercisers-or graduates of INSANITY MAX:30, TurboFire, or P90X. But, beginners and those looking for significant weight loss can follow Jessica the modifier and drop serious weight too.
In 3-minute “rounds,” you’ll alternate between Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai combinations, cardio spikes, and bodyweight training for an insane calorie burn. And that’s just the beginning. Because each move, whether it’s a jab or an uppercut, is rotational—meaning you get a 360-degree core workout can tighten up your midsection and shred fat off your belly, fast. All you have to do is hit it hard for 3 minutes at a time. Before you know it—you’re done. And in 30 days? You’ve got your knockout body.
While describing Insanity and P90X can be hard, this one is rather simple. Core de Force is a one month workout program, inspired by one of the most demanding, and most dynamic sports on the planet- mixed martial arts. The length alone should give you a clue- in order for you to reach your goal in 30 days, this gotta be hard.
But both of the creators sing a different tune. They adamantly market Core de Force as a one-size-fits-all solution to weight loss. To paraphrase a Beachbody broken record- everyone can do it.
The name of this Beachbody program is inspired by the core-focused workouts that you will be doing. In the program, there are 10 core workouts that are all specially designed to work your mid-section targeting love handles, the “muffin top” and lower belly fat.
