Beachbody’s latest MMA workout program Core de Force is the latest fitness craze! It’s a high intensity workout guaranteed to get you results in just 30 days. The workouts are high intensity and fast paced, combining boxing, kickboxing and a martial arts from Thailand.

During the final week and a half of the program, you’ll do a mix of all the workouts from the series and do two workouts each day. A fitness program created by Super Trainers Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews who have extensive fittness experience teaching a variety of workouts, from Kickboxing to cardio.

This is a 30 day program, but of course you can do it as many times as you like. I found the first 2 weeks to tough because I was not used to the moves, but now that I have done it more I can flow right into each routine.

Jericho McMatthews is co-creator of Core de Force and is one of the newest Beachbody trainers. She has held personal training certifications from the NASM, AFAA, and the ACE while receiving degrees in psychology and physical education and kinesiology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has over a decade of experience as an “International Master Trainer”.
